Private farm
The project was executed in Wadi Hanifa over an area of 80,000 m², covering construction and development from start to handover. The farm included main gates, guard rooms, guest reception halls, service buildings, swimming pools, green spaces, and luxurious residential buildings with an indoor clubhouse. The project was carried out according to the highest engineering and architectural standards.
King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Mosque
King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Mosque was constructed in the Umm Al-Hammam district of Riyadh in 2007, on a total area of 8,000 m². The project included all phases of construction, finishing, and outfitting. Later, external annexes covering 2,000 m² were added, designated for serving Iftar during Ramadan. All work was executed in accordance with the highest architectural and technical standards.
Commercial buildings
A commercial buildings project was executed in the Al A’arid district of Riyadh in 2023, covering an area of 10,000 m². The project consists of 7 buildings comprising 93 residential units. It included infrastructure works, construction, and finishing, all the way through to final handover.
Residential Villas
A residential project was carried out in the Arqa district of Riyadh in 2016. The project includes 32 standalone villas, distributed over a total area of approximately 10,000 m². The scope of work covered all stages of development—from infrastructure and structural construction to finishing and final handover.
Residential Villas
A residential project was executed in the Al-Olaya district of Riyadh in 2023. The project consists of 10 standalone residential villas, distributed over a total area of 3,000 m². Construction and finishing works for the entire project were completed within the same year, in accordance with approved engineering and architectural standards.
